The news changes the way we think in many different ways. This atricle here has many different sources on this and how watching the news daily for hours is harmful in differentways. These ways include physical and mental harm to yourself. Researchers have proven these facts and continue to beleive this. Watching the news affects behaviors in one anither by contolling and persuaing on the way that they act. The news can play a trick on your mind. This could be by causing stress and affevting the mental state in somebody.
I do agree that the news changed the way that we think and behave. I think this because in the passage there was plenty of reasoning and studies that were proven to show this. One example of a study that showed this was the study and research on the stress level of people form 9/11. The results were shown that 53% of people are more likely to have cardiovascular problems in the next 3 years. Later on they found out that this could be from viewing 3 or more hours of news on 9/11 was related to health problems later on. All of this due to stress that the news puts on viewers. They don't just give the facts they make it more interesring causing stress on the viewers. Causing mental and physical health problems.
